Bread Pan Set

Why we like it: This is a great alternative to the Dutch oven if you are trying to maximize oven space and bake more loaves. I recommend this set of 8 bread pans for baking four loaves at one time. When you need to cover the bread, simply turn one of the bread pans upside down and cover the loaf. I have used these extensively in my kitchen, and I am confident you will like them too.

Bread Knife

Why we like it: I constantly get asked in class, where did I get this knife. Now you know! I have tried the cheap and expensive bread knives out there, and this one is hands down my recommendation. I have cut thousands of loaves with it, have never sharpened it, and it just keeps on cutting like the day I got it. I can’t say enough good about it.

8 Cup Glass Mixing Bowl

Why we like it: This is the bowl you have seen me use in class, and that I use almost every day in my kitchen. Durable, sized just right if you want to mix two loaves at one time, and because it is glass, it is great for monitoring your dough. It’s a staple in my kitchen for so many things, especially mixing up sourdough.

2 Cup Glass Measuring Cup

Why we like it: Students often ask me where I got this measuring cup. It is light and durable, and it features three different units of measure. The spout is exceptional at pouring. The handle is also insulated, so if the cup is hot, your hands are not.
