Hands-On Class – Terms & Conditions
We’re so glad you’ve chosen to learn sourdough with us! Because these classes are small, hands-on, and prepared with care, we ask that you review and agree to the following terms before signing up.
Registration & Payment
Class registration is confirmed once payment is received. Space is limited to ensure a high-quality, hands-on experience for each student.
Refund Policy for Classes
Class fees are non-refundable.
Because class size is limited and ingredients, materials, and preparation are committed in advance, we are unable to offer refunds once a seat is purchased.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another person with prior notice.
What’s Included
All tools, ingredients, and materials needed for the class are provided. Each student will leave with:
A freshly baked loaf of sourdough bread
A shaped dough in a banneton to bake at home the following day
Active sourdough starter
A detailed step-by-step recipe
You do not need to bring anything with you.
Class Experience
Classes are beginner-friendly and helpful for all skill levels. Instruction is hands-on, with the teacher working closely alongside each student in a small group setting.
Class location details will be provided after registration.
Safety & Participation
Participation in class involves working with ovens, hot surfaces, and baking tools. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.
Instructor Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a class due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future class.
By registering for a class, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
