Rose Is Returning to Eau Claire for Beginner’s Sourdough Classes (March 23–26)

Rose is returning to the Eau Claire area March 23–26 for another round of Beginner’s Sourdough Classes — her fifth visit to this community, and always one of our favorites!

Over the past couple of years, so many in the Eau Claire area have learned to bake sourdough with us, and it’s always a joy to come back, reconnect, and meet new people ready to start their sourdough era.

Classes will be held Monday through Thursday at 1:30 PM and 6:30 PM each day. If you’re brand new to sourdough — or you’ve tried and felt frustrated — this class walks you through a simple, reliable process designed for real home kitchens and busy schedules.
